My adventures have taken me across Canada and around the world. I have trekked with bears, wolves and cougars through coastal rainforests, northern wetlands, and mountain passes. I have kayaked with whales, dolphins and sea otters; canoed with beavers, moose, and loons. I have survived-30 degree winter nights, mountain rock slides, and paddling in thunderstorms.

Exploring, learning, and teaching about the natural world has always been my passion. Whether alone in the wilderness, instructing groups, conducting research, or leading teams, my passion and experience drives me to seek new adventures and inspire others to do the same.
